Introducing the next of the 2025 Rolex Yachtsman and Yachtswoman of the Year Finalists: Justin Callahan!
As a member of the Harvard sailing team, Justin Callahan was on fire in 2025. With Callahan as a helm on the team, Harvard won the ICSA Team Race and Match Race National Championship. His team Los Huevos brought that winning energy to the US Team Racing Championship and the Wilson Trophy, standing on top of the podium.
His accomplishments aren’t limited to collegiate racing – Callahan is a one-design and match racing competitor on the world stage, winning the Snipe Western Hemisphere Championship and coming in second at the Youth Match Racing World Championship as helm. He also finished first at the 2025 Long Beach Olympic Class Regatta in the 470. He is currently finishing his degree at Harvard, with plans to campaign in the 470 for LA28 after graduation.
