CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Sailing landed six of its athletes on the 2025 ICSA All-America Team, it was announced today. The Crimson had two honorees each on the Open Skipper, Crew, and Women's Skipper lists.
Justin Callahan and Mitchell Callahan were recognized as Open Skipper All-Americans, while Kennedy Leehealey and Margo Silliman were selected as Crew All-Americans. Cordelia Burn and Zoey Ziskind, meanwhile, were named to the Women's Skipper All-America Team.
Justin Callahan, who was named at the conclusion of the ICSA Open Fleet Racing Championship as the recipient of the Everett Morris Memorial Trophy, which is presented annually to the College Sailor of the Year, picked up his third All-America accolade in as many years. Callahan is the first Harvard sailor to be named an All-American in his first three years on campus. As for Callahan's College Sailor-of-the-Year nod, he is the fifth Crimson athlete to earn the sport's top honor and comes on the heels of former teammate Lachlain McGranahan's recognition in 2024. Mitchell Callahan, meanwhile, garnered his first All-America award after earning two Honorable Mention nods his first two years on campus.
Leehealey is now a three-time Crew All-American and was joined on the team by first-time All-American Margo Silliman. Both were All-NEISA selections, with Leehealey earning a spot on the open team and Silliman voted to the women's squad.
With Burn and Ziskind landing on the Women's Skipper All-America Team, it marked the first time Harvard has boasted two women's skipper All-Americans in the same season since 2005, when Sloan Devlin '06 and Genny Tulloch '06 were recognized. Burn finishes her career as a three-time All-American (2024, 2025 All-American; 2023 Honorable Mention), while Ziskind captured her first All-America honor.
As a program, Spring 2025 was highly successful as the Crimson won the ICSA Open Team Race National Championship, while coming in third place at both the ICSA Women's Team Race and Women's Fleet Race. Harvard's showing at the Women's Team Race was its top performance in school history and its effort at Fleet Race Nationals was its best finish since 2019. The Crimson also came in fifth place at the ICSA Open Fleet Race, marking its third consecutive top-5 finish, a feat not accomplished since doing so from 2010-12.
